How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply as quickly as possible, usually within one business day. More detailed private itineraries may take a little longer to prepare.
Can you recommend the best route?
Yes. We’ll recommend a route based on your available time, fitness, hiking experience, budget and preferred style of accommodation.
Can I join a group climb?
Yes. Our scheduled group climbs are guaranteed to depart and are limited to a maximum of 12 hikers.
Can you arrange airport transfers and accommodation?
Yes. We can arrange airport transfers, hotel accommodation before and after your climb, and additional nights when needed.
Can you add a safari or Zanzibar holiday?
Yes. We can combine your Kilimanjaro climb with a Tanzania safari, Zanzibar beach stay or both.
Can I request a private climb?
Yes. Private climbs allow you to choose your route, departure date and group size, with your own dedicated mountain crew.
